Chemical compounds ubiquitous in our food, air, and water are now found in the tissues of every person. The bioaccumulation of these compounds in some individuals can lead to a variety of metabolic and systemic dysfunctions. The systems most affected by these environmental toxins include the immune, neurological, and endocrine systems. Toxicity in these systems can lead to a decrease in the overall health of the system, as well as causing specific adverse effects on individual health and well-being.
Toxic Relief Booster provides nutrients and botanicals for general detoxification support. It is designed for anyone undergoing a cleansing program. In addition, individuals on a weight-loss program, undergoing sauna therapy, or engaging in strenuous exercise can benefit from Toxic Relief Booster. This formula promotes the metabolism of toxins previously stored in fat that have been released into the bloodstream due to above activities. Toxic Relief Booster can be used alone or in conjunction with other components of a detoxification protocol.
Magnesium is essential for phase I liver detoxification and is one of the most commonly deficient nutrients in chemically toxic individuals. Selenium is essential for glutathione activity and the detoxification of many substances. Milk thistle has the ability to increase liver glutathione levels and prevent liver cell damage from toxins. Siliphos is the most potent flavonoid from milk thistle (silybin) and is bound to phosphatidylcholine for superior delivery to the liver. Curcumin bound to phosphatidylcholine (as Meriva) is an important hepatoprotective antioxidant. OPCs from grape seed bound to phosphatidylcholine (as Leucoselect Phytosome) provide additional potent antioxidant effects.
