15-20 drops in a 1/4 cup of hot water makes warm tea that is pleasantly sweet. Often once or twice a day is enough, but if cramping or bleeding is especially heavy, it can be enjoyed every couple of hours.
Such a fantastic product at great value, I hope iHerb will start carrying it again!
I used this Erigeron Cinnamon Compund to help slow down heavy and long menstruation. It definitely helped. It took about a day and a half for me to notice a difference. I'd say it served it's purpose. It was a great price too.
