Alter Eco Coral Red Rice is an ancient red jasmine grain that has been semi-polished using traditional millstone. The Grains retain the richness and minerals of whole grain rice, and are light and easy to digest.

This nutty rice can be used to liven up any dish. Combine with almonds, grilled fish and fresh herbs.

Preparation

One cup of rice for 4 people

Rinse the rice thoroughly and drain. Add one cup of rice to 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until all water has evaporated.
